Please note that with booking any of our sessions or services you automatically accept and agree to the following terms and conditions! We offer most sessions and services via online video chat platforms. These platforms are provided by SKYPE. We shall not be held responsible and there will be no refund issued for connection problems that disrupt or delay the sessions. *Free Online Consultations*
We offer consultations to brand new clients for free of charge via Skype only. Remember, these sessions are not actual sessions, these are consultations. 

PRIVACY POLICY we need to collect certain personal and private data from you in order to use our services. All service providers such as website, booking page and payment processing systems that are being used in order to use our services are fully GDPR compliant and hold a GDPR certificate. All private data including your personal details are collected, processed and kept by these certified platforms and no third party has access to them apart from us.

Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy include detailed and truthful information about our data processing and usage. These policies are available for anybody to read anytime. We only collect data that we absolutely need from you. Do not collect or hold data unnecessary. We collect some of your personal details such as your full name, your address, your phone number and your email address. We need your full name and address in order to legally issue invoices and receipts for payments you make to us. We need your email address and telephone number in order to be able to keep in touch with you strictly about your session-related matters only. We also use your email address and phone number to send notifications and reminders about your sessions with us. We never bother you with newsletters, promotional emails, calls or text without your consent. 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to book a session or services with Orsi you must be 16 years of age or older. All bookings must be fully paid for in advance. Failure to clear payments within the time interval given by the payment processing platform during booking online will incur the cancellation of the session(s). Please note that you are able to book an appointment with Orsi with minimum of 24 hours ahead only, so all appointment within 24 hours of present time will be unavailable to book on our booking page. 

You may cancel your bookings up to 48 hours before the start of the session for no charge. In such case refund will be issued to you. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 - 10 working days to complete.

In case of your bookings are cancelled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours notice prior to the lesson, the original session fee will be fully charged to you.
Reasons for cancellations, rescheduling and no shows of your bookings, being late from your sessions for reasons like heavy traffic, sickness or various last minute unexpected issues, time zone misunderstandings will not make our cancellation policy invalid. (The booking page shows the customer's local time zone, please double check it)
Rescheduling any of your bookings is only possible a limited number of times per booking. 

Package deal discount* You can book the package deal session on the booking page by scheduling the first lesson in, then at the end of your first lesson the latest you must schedule all of the three remaining lessons in with Orsi. Please note that all four session must be completed within two months of purchasing your package deal. All six session must be completed within three months of purchasing your package deal. All twelve session must be completed within four months of purchasing your package deal.
You can only reschedule your session for the maximum amount of three times. For example you can reschedule your second lesson in your package deal three times (the third will be final) or once the first one, once the second one and once the third one or once the first one and twice the third one.Refund will not be issued for missed lessons due to too many rescheduling.
